Poop in the pockets?

I was climbing a route recently and found poop in one of the pockets! Has this happened to anyone else?

I have found a steamy pile in the hole part way up snake dike.
Either way, no excuse.
I have a buddy who has been know to use his water bottle for a wag bag before shitting on the rock.
