Finger locks and fancy foot work!
The Bush Area. This area was recently developed and the entrance has probably over grown. On your way to Moss Mountain, about 100m after walking passed the house near the mouth of the trail, and immediately after taking the first right, this area is on your right. You may notice signs of machinery in the dirt, as the shrubbery was cleared and used by the land owner to dump rock. Likely over grown with shrubs and easy to push through. There are a number of easy, obvious lines on the face, bring a brush as they have only been climbed a dozen or so times! Further down the "trail" is a very delicate and technical V6 on the only obvious boulder you will come across. Be very careful not to pull the flake off or it will likely not be climbable.
Please keep in mind that this area is VERY close to the house near the trail and is private property. Be respectful of the land, do not leave any garbage ever, and watch the volume of your voice as it is close enough to the house that conversation could easily be heard.
Great landing, probably safe without a crash pad but always recommended.
