Description 

Best caught during an early season cold spell (really cold), before the road closes and requires ski-entry. Fun early season route.

Location 

From the trailhead, cross Spanish Creek via small bridge. Take left at T Intersection, and follow well-marked signs to Pioneer Falls. Easy 1 hour walk each way.

Protection 

A couple of ice screws would protect. First ascent solo. Walk off.
