Description

Four great boulders in a wonderful setting alongside the southeastern side of the blue trail loop in Nehantic State Forest. Near a beaver pond/marsh, good wildlife viewing.

Getting There

Take the Blue trail southwest from the northern parking area ( the one at North Boundary Rd and Keeny Rd). Go left at the blue trail junction .2 miles in. The boulders are few minutes further on alongside the blue trail where it approaches a swampy beaver pond area.
