Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Home to the namesake Picture Perfect (V1), this boulder also has a couple of harder problems which involve classic Josh pulling on sloping holds.

Getting There

Head 50 feet west from the Black Lichen Boulder to reach this somewhat in-obvious boulder which sits in front of a much larger block and is surrounded by more boulders.
