Phoenix 2/18-19/14

Looks like I have most of the day on Saturday and Sunday down in Phoenix. Would love to get out to the McDowells or some area similar. I really like exploring new peaks, so a multipitch leading to some lonesome peak somewhere would be fun as well. Girlfriend is going to be in class most of each of the days (Till 5 ish). I'm happy leading trad up to 5.10- ish. Have plenty of gear for whatever. |

How long are you in phoenix for or do you live there? I'll be up there in a week and mcdowells look awesome as well as the superstitions. |

Unfortunately only this weekend. Down from Flagstaff for the weekend, since the girl has a class to take all day Sat/Sun. |

Got a good suggestion to go do Hanging Gardens then up to Tom's Thumb. Anyone down there in the Valley of the Sun want to head out with me? I'm open to other suggestions as well. Probably should have a partner though. |

Im open to joining either on some climbing! Don't have any gear other than shoes, harness, and some draws. Can follow no problem and want to master leading techniques. |
