Description

Easy limestone climbing on a west facing wall. This area almost never sees the sun because its protected by the rock face farther west of it. Even on the hottest days this location stays cool and comfortable. When it does see the sun its short lived. The trade off however is there is little to no trail for getting up the Talus.

Getting There

From Rock Canyon parking hike the main trail for a little over a mile. The wall is located on the south side of the canyon. About 350 feet after Bug-Barn Dance Wall and about 200 feet before the first bridge crossing. There is a spot where the talus scree runs onto the main trail. Scramble your way up the talus following the limestone and you will arrive at a flat landing at the base of a few large pine trees.

(If your having trouble finding the area. Stand on the main trail, Position yourself with the Apollo Wall on your left. This wall is perfectly opposite the Apollo Wall and roughly the same elevation)
