The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Just southwest of the The Milepost is this rounded boulder with a challenging problem on it's south Face - the Pepboys Problem (V3).
Getting There
Walk around the south side of The Milepost to find this problem on the southern edge of a clump of boulders.
