Description Suggest change

Climb a crack that turns to more of a seam at the crux - a bulging section that requires some delicate face moves above tiny wires. The gear is good and the moves positive, although getting the gear in is problematic.

A really fun, but unfortunately short, route that leaves one wishing the pitch was a little longer. Well worth doing in in the area when combined with some of the nearby starred routes. Two stars out of five.

Location Suggest change

Located just down and right from the Christmas Tree Arete. The climb is visible in the Vogel guide as a dogleg crack/seam that splits a dark and light-colored face.

Protection Suggest change

Gear to 2.5 inches, include tiny wires
