PCT Hiker looking for climbing partners in Bishop/Yosemite area

I'm currently hiking the PCT and am having my climbing gear shipped to Bishop to spend a couple weeks climbing. I should be in Bishop in about a month so I thought I'd start networking now for partners and beta on where the best place to camp near the climbing would be. I'm only planning on having my sport rack sent out so I'll probably be mostly sport climbing while in Bishop, but would be more than psyched to get on some long trad routes also. I have some trad experience and would be willing to lead up to 5.9 on gear and follow some harder stuff. Before I left for the trail I was climbing 5.12 sport and just starting to lead some .11s on gear, but I'm sure I've lost some strength since being out here. I don't know the Bishop area so any beta on places to stay/camp close to a crag would be very appreciated also!

From Bishop I'm going to get back on the PCT and keep hiking to Yosemite where I'm going to have my trad gear sent and will mostly be wanting to get on longer routes rather than sport climbing. I'm estimating I'll be there around the middle of July and am going to spend around two weeks staying at Camp 4. I know it will be hot so if you have a car and want to go do some stuff in Tuolumne I'm up for that also and willing to pitch gas money. My phone number is 5418487445 and the best way to get a hold of me is by texting me or calling and leaving a message, because my phone will probably be off until I'm in town next.

Owen's River Gorge is 20 minutes, give or take, from Bishop. For sport climbing, this is the place. Beautiful setting next to the river, with long, aesthetic, well-protected sport routes. There's 3 sites to camp for free that I know of. If you're climbing around the Central Gorge area or north of there, then you probably want to camp at Pinyon Campsite. The other two are called Sagebrush (Just south along the Owens River) and Pine Creek (located a bit West of the Gorge). I would recommend getting a book or finding someone with a book. There are soooooo many good climbs here.

Hey Dude,

Let me know,

P.s. I'll be driving from CO, so I will have a car and was thinking Tuolumne as well.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
