Pawtuckaway winter access

I'd like to snowshoe and XC ski at P'way. Does the parking at Round Pond Road get plowed?

I believe the road leading to the Round Pond parking is closed during the winter.

Last winter round pond parking was plowed. I skied (skating) from there, across the park, and back many times on perfectly rolled snowmobile trails. The only part that isn't wide enough to skate is from the parking lot to round pond, which is only about 2k. I'm planning on going out there later this week so I'll have a better idea of what the conditions are this year. My guess is fantastic...

The Round Pond Road parking lot (known as horse farm lot) is usually open and plowed all winter. Most days last winter there was ample amount of parking there so its definitely worth going to. XC skiing down the fire access road to Round Pond is fun too. Reservation Road and Fundy Cove access is usually never plowed and/or closed off.
