Passing through Goblin Valley, Capitol Reef, and Zion.. looking for sport routes.

Hey guys, first post on MP (outside of route comments). The girlfriend and I are driving out from Colorado to the desert for a long Valentines camping weekend. Weather looks awesome, and I was wondering if there's any must-stop routes. I'm a confident 5.10 leader on sport but the girlfriend is more 5.9-. It seems most of the desert routes are trad/crack climbs. Unfortunately I dont have a trad rack. Bummer, I know.

Anyways, any must-see, must-climb advice is much welcome. Hell, even some good bouldering would be nice.
