Hey! The title says it all.

I live 2 hours from The Gunks and 90 minutes from The Gap, two of my favorite places to climb. FYI- Stover, Allamuchy, Ricks, Watchung and Mills Reservations are at the bottom of my list as I have temporarily exhausted my interest in those crags. Willing to visit Ragged Mountain, Moc Wall, and the Powerlinez once the Access issue gets sorted out.

Up for following 5-easy Trad (5.7-5.8) and down for super easy leads (5.4 or less). And definitely interested in Ice Climbing (I have my own gear). I hardly visit the climbing gym and may only get to climb outside once or twice a month. So if you’re cool with doing fun, easy, laid back stuff then I’m your guy. Just note, I’m likely to be more of the follower as opposed to the leader. Not a “noob” by any means. I’ve been climbing consistently for over two years and took several private lessons to learn trad and multi-pitch before ever trying it with a regular partner. But definitely more cautious than bold.

I met just about all my partners through climbing websites and continue to climb with the same people to this day. Spouses, kids, chores, obligations, and life’s demands often cause conflicts with scheduling so I’m always open to meeting more people. PM if interested!
