To the right of Presidents Problem, to the right of the tree, locate the low ledge with the small knob. Notice above that there are two more small knobs in which you climb into.

Sit start very low with a right hand on the knob, left hand on a sloper. Negotiate however needed to gain the higher knobs leading to the top out.
