Parents climbing weekend in 2nd weekend of May - what would be the best place?

hello fellow climbers. A few of my friends and I who are recent parents are planning a climbing trip in which we leave our little and significant others behind for a nice climbing weekend. We can lead trad up to 5.9 and sport up to 5.12 a/b. We are primarily interested in moderate (7-9 trad, up to 11- sport) multipitch routes and hope to go to a place with a bunch of them. I personally love topping out and hiking out - I did a bunch of that in Red Rocks.

So I guess here is my question - other than Red Rocks, where else in USA and Canada can we go climb for a long weekend (4-5 days) where it would be

1) Easy to drive to from a major airport
2) High concentration of multipitch climbing trad or sport
3) Lodging is fairly easy to find/book/reserve (unless the destination is in the northeast where we are, bringing camping gear on the plane is basically offset by cheap motels or AirBnB)

Any suggestions would be helpful - and also specific routes would be great!

fly into Denver, head to boulder, climb in the flat irons, eldo canyon, boulder canyon, or any of a hundred other spots nearby.

fly into provo, salt lake, or grand junction, climb in those areas or drive to moab, indian creek, castle valley, or a hundred other places in those areas.

fly into Sacramento or san fran, climb at Yosemite, Tuolumne meadows, or the sierra's or a hundred other places around there.

plenty of good moderate top out routes in all those areas.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
