Pain in Knee Due to Climbing

So, in the past week, I've noticed a distinct trend with knee pain and climbing. It doesn't really hurt while doing it, but after each pitch and at the end of each day there is a distinct point-tenderness on the inside of my kneecaps. No swelling or bruising and the pain lessens the next day. Hiking up/down with/without heavy loads doesn't seem to bother it. Haven't tried running or biking yet. The onset was the beginning of a week at Indian Creek (maybe more lie-backing/rocking onto high feet than is normal?)

Is this familiar to anybody?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
