Description
Located on far left side of the Ramparts. [Admin's NOTE: "Over the Hill" and the next climb, "Sassy" are located on a steep wall just to the left of the ice climb "Bixler's Way", and up-and-LEFT of the "Fireman's Ladder" Area, closer to the Right Cataract Area than Ramparts. R Hall 9/7/16]
Climb the center line of the wall past a low steep section to a small roof, then big pulls up less steep rock to top.
