Description
Really impressive wall, just needs some traffic. Long trad and sport lines and what looks to be some decent bouldering. Don’t let the approach scare you away.
Getting There
This wall can be approached from the Post Falls Community Forest (PFCF) Lot or the main lot for Q’emiln Park.
From the main lot: approach as for lower fifth canyon. After turning off the wagon trail for lower fifth, you go down a steep hill with a little easy down climbing. At the base of this hill, you hit a large valley and a T intersection in the trail, take a left, and then an immmediate right at the (purple/green/yellow) trailmarker. Near the top of the ridge line the trail starts to head up and left, turn downhill, and right, on an obvious trail to go to the base of Outlaw wall, before the ridge line you are walking on turns into a cliff.
Look at the PFCF map (online PDF). The purple/green/yellow trail follows the rim of outlaw cliff. Fairly easy to piece together the approach using this map (in photos below).
Alternatively (from PFCF Lot) follow the road all the way down to river level; before reaching lower fifth canyon, use existing trails to head uphill and east.
