Getting There
This area is not actually at the base of Baldy. In fact it's probably closer to the South Seas. Walk the trail through the South Seas around to the T. Usually you would turn right to head to Mount Baldy. Instead turn left and walk for roughly ten minutes. When you come to a small sign and a trail that turns sharply to the right and heads up-hill you've gone about 20 feet to far. Turn around and take a right (a left if you are coming from the South Seas) onto a barely perceptible trail going across a small creek. You will see the boulder (looks more like a small cliff) up and slightly to your left. You will know Organ Donor by the amazing jug start hold that hangs in mid-air.
