Description Suggest change

This slab has probably been climbed in the past, but with all the big stuff around it, maybe not. Anyone?

We started up the larger, best looking line on the right and backed off because of bad gear at the start. We then climbed up the gully a little ways and climbed a smear at about WI 3 to the top, then lowered and toproped original line.

The slab offers multiple different smears ranging from about 130' to a full 200', and WI3 to WI4 M4. Everything could easily be walked off to the right.

Location Suggest change

This is the slab down and left of the start of Stairway to Heaven. Approach up the road as for Stairway, cross the river, and head up and left instead of up and right to Stairway.

Protection Suggest change

Stubby screws & a small rack. Bring two 60m ropes to rap.
