    Not secluded, but less likely to be spotted than most areas in Bangor due to the smaller amound of people. Weather is the same as the Bangor area.

    Bell's IGA V1 5  ME : Bangor Area Buildering : Old Town
    Go to the back of the IGA building. Look for the large metal staircase. Once you're on top of the stairs, use the hinges/doorknob and railing to ascend the additional 6 ' to the actual roof. Easy, and short. NOTE: It would be possible to go from the backside of the railing and jump to a cat-grab on the wall next to the stairs.
