So I was in jtree this weekend over in the Indian cove area and as I was passing by Willit tower I look up and lo and behold there are 5 peices of gear sitting on a route. Methinks to myself that's weird. So I grab a buddy and run up there. They are ancient peices of gear!!! Two old choinard u stems, two nuts, and a ugly hex all with hand tied slings and old ovals. Now I wanna know what happened. Why was there that much hear left on a route that I would say goes at 5.4?

Also there was a sling with a oval on it at the top of the climb right next to the walk off. You want your trash back, tell me what happened and I will send it back. Otherwise I am starting a museum with this stuff.

Maybe an old guy had a big heart grabber mid route and then left for the hospital. You never know.
