I have no ideas. At least Recycling them is an environmentally friendly way.

They will just toss them out.

If I were in the area I'd take them off your hands for you.

Can you donate them to local climbing gyms?

Are there any work place lunchrooms (REI?) or doctor's/dentist's/etc. office waiting rooms nearby that could use some reading more material?

I put together a climbing wishlist by cut-n-pasting pictures and descriptions into a notebook. It's a good activity for a rainy day.

Not bad ideas. But I don't want to destroy them and I don't want them to be destroyed (recycling). It's interesting to see the progression of climbing in the past 10 years.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
