The majority of these boulders are located within the Mt Evans Wilderness Area, which is regulated & patrolled by the US Forest Service. Climber MORE INFO >>>

Description

Begin from a stand start on obvious holds on the rounded arete and ascend edges and slopers up and, IIRC, slightly right to the top.

NOTE: Although this problem was never named by the developers, I've named it after the neighboring slab problem around the corner. If Ben, Jason, David or Jeremy read this, feel free to chime in ...

Location

This line is located on the northwest corner of the Ladder Boulder, ascending a rounded prow 30 feet right and slightly around the corner from Last of the Ohitians. A small stream runs under the problem through a narrow trench. The ground and the flow of water are sensitive here, so be gentle.

Protection

One or two pads are probably enough. A small stream runs through here all summer, so pad lightly and do not disrupt the flow.
