Description Suggest change

October Built climbs an undercut, vertical arete/face on perfect stone over a very good landing.

Sit start at the base of the arete with a left hand sidepull and a right hand edge. From there, work up the arete, and match on a pair of smooth jugs. Cross over the top of them to a left hand pinch, gain a three-finger pinch-edge right hand, set the feet, gain another right hand edge-pinch, place a heel on the initial jugs, reach the lip, and mantel on top.

Some may just pull a large dyno and skip the intermediates altogether. This didn't work for me, as I used the previously mentioned method.

Location Suggest change

It climbs the northwest arete/west face of Zephyr.

Protection Suggest change

A pair of pads worked well for me. The landing is flat and clear, but there is a rock behind the immediate fall zone.
