There are several crags accessible from this parking area, but the name is admittedly a little too general for the specificity of this area. Although the Upper Wiesent Valley has many crags (18 according to frankenjura.com), I'm referring to just the 4 (Frankenstüble, Mader Gedenkwand, Rupertuswand and Spaßwand) which are easily accessible from this parking area. Other crags (such as the Aalkorber Wände)are also very easily reached by continuing along the path past these crags.

Getting There Suggest change

Drive to Nankendorf and continue north towards Plankenfels. After 1.8km you'll arrive at your parking location on the left. Get out and continue walking in the direction of Plankenfels, cross the bridge and take a left towards Aufseß. Cross the next bridge and head left down the trail. Stay on this trail to reach all of the crags in this area.
