David just before the stinger move.

Description

Good fun climbing leads around an offset dihedral, followed by a steep featured headwall with a seam splitting the middle. Just when you think you have found a moderate... a stinger of a crux guards the chains. Good route.

Location

Just up and right of Freedom of the Hills. Starts next to a large rotten pine tree stump.

Protection

8 bolts to chain anchor.

This route is actually called Wild Oaks.

This is a much more creative name that doesn't sound like an apartment complex or a country club. Sounds more like a poker game.
