Hi,

I'm interested in hiring a guide for NRG during one of the days of Memorial Day weekend. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Additionally,

Any good experiences? Bad Experiences?
Suggestions for places to stay (non camping)
Anything else (add ons) to make this trip amazing?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Jeff Hearn with New River Mountain Guides is a great guy and you'll have tons of fun with him. Also he's super safe and knowledgeable.

Here's a link to the NRMG website for more info: newriverclimbing.com/aboutn…

As far as camping, the AAC campground seems to be the standard for climbers the last couple seasons. It's a great place to stay and it's pretty cheap.

Have fun!

For non-camping I would suggest the comfort inn down near kroger or the super cheap motel behind the comac off of 19 in town.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
