I'm wondering whether it would be possible to climb in Yosemite at the end of Dec ?
It could be really cool & cold ? ;-)

Pretty cold but could be climbable depending on the weather. If you climb hard crack, Arch Rock usually gets sun in the afternoon. Cramming (.10d) also gets done when it's sunny. Boulderings always possible unless the boulders are wet or snowy.

If you're making a trip out there just to climb, I wouldn't bother. If you'll be there anyways, you may get lucky.

you can climb at the cookie and arch in the winter.
