Description

North Star Mountain is on the south side of the Blue Lakes valley, so it faces north and comes in to shape in the fall. This area is avy prone and a bit chossy here and there. The North Star climb is directly above the lower Blue Lake (do not trespass around the cabin/road by the lake). There are also some sport/trad routes in the area, too.

Getting There

Drive up County RD 850 and park at the upper Blue Lake dam.
