North Peak of Mt. Index, North Face. (winter) Grade V

Atempted this route while back home for Christmas. It's in the Washington Cascades. Needed more time or better conditions.

I've messed with that route a few times in the summer - though one hopes that the choss would greatly improve once covered with ice, I'd definitely believe that most pitches remain pretty badly protected. Glad you had a go at it!
