Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Big, round, egg shaped boulder sitting on top of another larger boulder 30 yards Southeast of the Streetcar Boulder. There are two climbs on this boulder on the southeast end of the boulder. The landing is a little intimidating. If you fall too far out you may fall another 10 feet into some bushes and tree branches.
