Description

This is the best route in the area, and probably one of the best 5.11s at Cochiti. The route ascends beautiful dark brown stone, with long cerebral moves. The crux comes low on the route, but its quite sustained throughout.

Location

The far right end of the Upper Cliff band. The route ascends the left wall of a fairly large dihedral.

Protection

6 bolts and 3 bolt anchor. The bolts on this one are a bit sketchy. Homemade, ancient-looking hangers. If leading, a stick clip is recommended.

A new TR anchor has been place on the rim, recommend backing it up with some webbing around the nearby tree.
