Looking south from South Tripyramid toward Sandwic...

Description

High quality climbing in a quiet, peaceful setting by a brook. The routes here are generally harder in rating(i.e. not too much below 5.8). There are a number of both sport and traditional climbing, as well as some good top rope sites (used by the boy scouts at one time).

Getting There

From Center Sandwich, take Sandwich Notch Rd. for a little over 3.5 miles (the road turns into a one lane dirt road). Although the climbs are located on a broken cliff band to the right, there are two main areas: Brilliant Corners Area & Highlander Wall.

Does anybody have any other info on this area? Any info is good, Im curious about the boulders in the area as well as trad and sport info.

The map coordinates seemed to be way off, so I moved it to the general area I think the crags are. Could somebody more familiar check on the accuracy please? Also, if you figure out the Google coordinates for the sub areas, Administrators can set up the maps for those. Also, as always, make use of those "Improve this page" buttons if you can add information or clarify. Thanks. - Mark
