New online submission form for Accidents in North American Mountaineering

Most of you are probably familiar with Accidents in North American Mountaineering, the AAC's longtime publication that documents and analyzes climbing accidents. We encourage climbers to submit a report after any accident that might offer good lessons. This is one of the best ways to help educate fellow climbers!
