New App Function (areas near you/best routes for you)

Hey guys,

Love the site and app! Like the title entails two features would be awesome. The first would be a new feature so that you can see what's close to you by just clicking a button. The other would just be putting the Best Routes for You in the app. This would make navigation a lot easier. Anyways just a suggestion.
