Loved the old pinks but can't find the new ones anywhere local to try on for size. Does anyone know how the sizes compare to the old ones?

have used both, and find that the new pinks feel a bit better. i use a half size smaller than the predecessors. the reason for this is an improved heel cup that allows the foot to drop in deeper, as well as stealth c4 high friction rands that feel softer on the toes allowing a smaller size to feel plenty secure and even more comfy.

The C4 rands also change the overall tension in the "slingshot". they still drive the toes to the front of the shoes for max power, but do so in a way that is less intense and less painful on the achilles and in the toe box. again the improved heel pod and rands make the shoe feel better overall without any noticeable comprise in performance. IMO

Thanks for the info. Went ahead and ordered a pair from backcountry.com. Hopefully the size will be OK.
