November Climbing

My partner and I will be coming out in the first week of November. We had a trip planned for this past April, but had to reschedule due to work issues. We were planning on doing some routes on Mt. Wilson. How will the weather/exposure be that time of year. The day being shorter by about 3 hours is also something to think about. I know we should probably avoid Black Velvet and Icebox and can get on most south facing routes. We really wanted to get on Inti and also give Dogma a go. I hope that is still doable that time of year.

thanks
Dave

It usually cools down around thanksgiving. Prior to that most people will climb in the shade on a regular basis...

definitely bring some warm clothes because you will never now. also definitely bring your headlamp. i am sure you know this but also pack some snacks for energy. the weather is usually good but you don't know till that day. if you have a gps mark your car spot if you are doing routes till dusk. if not it can take awhile to get back after dark sometimes. besides that have fun and enjoy

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
