| The dates you want to climb temperatures are going to be around 100 degrees F. in Red Rocks. Some of the locals go out either very early and back into the canyons to shady walls or wait for the evening hours to tick off a sport climb in the shade. The Sun is very high now as we approach Summer Solstice and this makes shade even more difficult to find. If you're set on coming to Las Vegas now, you might consider a trip to Mt. Charleston to climb some limestone. It is a lot cooler there. | FLAG |

| Ok so I'm still looking for partner to climb with ! I don't mind climbing really early in the morning or late in the afternoon and I don't care to climb RR or mount charleston or anywhere else we can get shade !! Even bouldering at night will be good !! Waiting for some answers ! | FLAG |

| I am putting up new multipitch crack routes in St. George, if you are not from this area and can be reasonably confidential about it until we publish them next year, you are welcome to come over here this week and help me clean the ones I already have established. Very well shaded. A 6:AM to 1PM gig every day. 2hrs from Vegas. Pure crack. Nothing more difficult than 5.11. Snow Canyon State Park has great camp sites. | FLAG |
