Need Help Starting a new climbing club for a high school

Hey all,

I have a lot of student interest for starting a climbing club at the high school I teach at(we are in Vail, Co). The school gave us the go ahead so now we are trying to figure out what we need to do to really get this thing going. I was wondering if anyone else out there has had any experience with this and would like to share what they went through. Also, if you have some old shoes or chalk bags laying around that are in decent condition and you are willing to send our way, I am willing to pay shipping.
