Moving to Moab, need a place to rent/lease

My wife and I just got jobs in Moab so we'll be moving there in mid-August and staying for a year. Looking for a small apartment to rent, preferably in the $600/month range.

If you know anyone who is looking to rent, or even just someone to call about rentals, let me know...seems like a pretty tight housing market and there's nothing on the advertiser in our range. Thanks.

Hey Curtis, how'd the rental search go?

We'll be moving to Moab around the beginning of Nov for about 6 months. There's a few listings on the advertiser, but not much...

I've got a two bedroom apartment for $535 that I'm looking to sublet from November to March or April. Pm me if interested.

We ended up getting a place at Cinema Court Apartments, a new complex that just opened up. They had a couple 3 bedroom apartments left as of Monday, but just to warn you it is a bit of a process to get one since it is low income housing.

Good luck!

Glad to hear you guys landed ok Curtis. Thanks for the update.

Jakobi, I sent you a pm, but I hear sometimes MP has issues with them. Let me know if you didn't get it.

Curtis, its good to hear we got some climbing bums in there!

I work for the Housing Authority and helped develop that project, hope you enjoy it! (Being a Tax Credit project, I'm sorry, you'll def have to deal with some hassles. So is the IRS.)

See ya out there!
