Moving to Boulder area

Howdy,
Moving down from Vail to start graduate school this fall. I am 28 years old, quiet, clean, and generally a great roommate. I do have a young Australian shepherd that is well behaved and I exercise him religiously. I'm really just looking for a cool spot that I can come home and relax at and call home for the year. I love to climb, and be outside for any free time that I have. I'm generally not a partier but do like to relax with a beer and enjoy good company. Does anyone know of anyone looking to fill a room?
