Moutainnering Partner Needed - Shasta AV Gulch/Yesomite - Mt. Connes and other sutiable routes

I am looking for few experience mountaineers to climb below routes if possible this spring summer.

Yesomite - Mt. Conness - West Face (The Easy routes)
North Peak - North Couloir

Mt. Shasta - AV Gulch.

I have all the equipment except the rope.
I am not looking for heavy duty roping, just may be to get to top on North Couloir.
Otherwise I prefer Snow Ice - Class II/III.

I don't mind taking challenge with Experienced/more skilled people.

I prefer to talk before making any concrete plans.
