Description Suggest change

Before arriving at the good old wilderness area, looking right off of the trail there are rock formations scattering the sides of granite mountain. There is lots of climbing. The rock in this area is mostly crumbly, but with good judgment and knowing rock quality, the gear can be solid.

Getting There Suggest change

From parking lot, walk on the trail until you get to the sign post stating you are a 1/4 mile from parking lot. Continue walking for about 0-10 minutes, or longer if you would like. Turn right off trail and head up to any number of climbs/boulders which you can see. Following drainages will make the approach easier.
