Not all of Mt. Rubidoux is for sale, just the 0.43 acres at the summit that contains the suddenly contentious cross. There's never an end to lawyers and their frivolous lawsuits it seems. This is old news too btw -

Lawyers just represent individuals. Without clients wanting claims pursued on their behalf (and often paying good money to do so), they'd have far less to do.
