Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This formation is NE of all of the formations listed in Randy's guidebook. There are 4 known routes on this dome; all are on the south face. The climbs are fun, sunny, and well worth a visit. Not in any guidebook.
