| Sorry nobody responded to you earlier. The bluff is a sort of roadcut (not sure if it actually qualifies as a roadcut but it's basically on the road) with a handful of bolted climbs, several of which would be great routes anywhere they were. No access issues but keep a low profile and park out of the way. The best route info is on this site. Always look up at the top and see if there are anchors or if it's a topout problem. Some of the rock can be loose, esp. at the top if you are topping it out so be careful.
There is a typo in the directions from Roch, it's not hwy 47, it's 247 towards Plainview. |  |
