Description

In the gully west of the Gully of Higher Education is a nice finger/hand crack that faces west. It is visible from the road. It looks uglier than it really is. Finger locks and happiness abound at this location. The book gives this a 5.7 rating.

Protection

1 chain at the top. Bring a large nut to set up the anchors. It protects well with large to medium gear

Fun beginner trad route. It seems easier than 5.7. It's laid back, and easy climbing.

I thought that the pro was a little tricky but the climb was so easy it doesn't make much of a difference. Also it is topropeable if you walk up around the left.

Much shorter than the 60ft advertised here. Maybe more like 30-40ft.
