Modica-Noury SuperGoullotte. Mont Blanc De Tacul, Chamonix. TD+

When driving south on 28/55 (Coming from DC, let's say) towards Seneca, you can see MASSIVE amounts of rock from the road. Cliff lines everywhere! There's even an amphitheater off to the East that looks to be the size of the entire Trapps cliff at the Gunks - it's easily a mile wide and 150-200 ft tall at my best guess (albeit a guess made at 50mph, looking over from the driver's seat).

Anyone have info on these cliffs? Any development? Total choss buckets peeling rock off?

You may be referring to Champe Rocks. If you're coming from D.C. it's on your way to Seneca, about 4 or 5 miles away. People have climbed there. The problem is that the easiest access is via private property and has been revoked. I don't know why. However, if you look at an overhead topo of the area, you may be able to paddle in via the river, pull up on the Champe side of it, and walk in from there. Sounds like a huge pain in the ass to me, but it looks doable. I've never been there, so I cannot attest to the terrain and actual borders of the private property, but I assume that from the road to the river is private, and the other side of the river is state land.

This might be a worthwhile investigation for those that are really adventurous and looking to do more than just climb; i.e. develop, put up some FAs, etc. Although I will probably not ever engage in such an undertaking, if anyone else ever did, I'd be interested in hearing or reading about it. Champe looks awesome.

Google Champe, Jon. There are a lot of pictures of the split cliff. It might be what you're referring to. To me it looks very similar to the Roy Gap split between the South End and Southern Pillar of Seneca.

I do not believe he is referring to Champe Rocks.

The band of cliffs he is asking about is way off to the east at the crest of the mountain ridge, not right off the road.

I have been told that, yes there is climbing there, but it is a journey to get there. It is a long approach and there is no water source, so that means you need to carry in more water than a typical climb at Seneca.

Other than this, I have no more information to offer. You might want to ask the guides at the Seneca climbing school(s) for more beta.

North Fork Mountain is what you are talking about. People have climbed there for many decades. There are tons of routes there. You could spend your life exploring the cliffs. Quality varies from quite good to nearly unclimbable unless you are a freak. Some portion might be affected by raptor closure.

No published information exists as far as I know.
