Description Suggest change

Lake ledges is on the Northern tip of Massabesic lake in a great location. It is about 40' tall at its highest point and about 200' long. The cliff is shaded by trees and requires a day or 2 to dry after rain in the Spring to Summer months.
NOTE: This cliff has been climbed for many years and is mostly top roped. The addition of bolts anywhere is unnecessary and may be illegal. All bolts previously placed in past years have been chopped.

See Access marked at all entrance's. Manchester water supply.

All top ropes can be setup by hiking the left or right side to the top. I think the left side is much easier and straight forward. Don't forget to enjoy the view from the top.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow route 101 East toward Raymond. Take Exit 1. Exit right. Go around traffic circle taking last right (Route 121 for 1.9 miles) Follow road past lake on right (You will see multiple crag out croppings on the lake side). Park at the 3rd parking spot on your right (Across from Massabesic Condo's). Follow trail staying straight with the lake on your right passing by a few crags/ boulders. Crag will be on your left. Average 10-15 minute hike.
